Orders ship for free within 2 business days, and deliveries usually take between 3–5 business days. The best thing to do? Check your email. We’ll send you a tracking number, shipping confirmations, and a message when your order’s delivered.

Unfortunately, no. If you’ve pre-ordered something, your order will ship together when everything’s in stock.

While we don’t process direct exchanges, you can return orders for a full refund. From there, order whatever you’d like — though note that you need to start a return within 30 days of receiving any order. Email us to get started.

If we’ve sent you the wrong item (or something damaged), contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number.

We’ll make it right. Get in touch within 7 days with your order number and photos of your order. Include photos of the packaging, too.

Absolutely! And what a thoughtful gift, if we say so ourselves. One thing, though: we don’t currently offer gift receipts or wrapping.

Yes and no, in that order. For orders placed in Canada, you’ll be charged federal and provincial sales taxes, which are dependent on where you’re receiving your order. But duties? Nope. You won’t be charged those.
